Open Class Overview:
Much has been written and documented about how generational differences are impacting society. From the baby boomers, to the baby busters, from the millennials to the Z’s and the future generations to come we will look at some key similarities and differences between some of these groups and how organizations need to adapt in order to survive.
In the frame of the Open Class, participants will have the opportunity to attend a short presentation of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered at CITY College, University of York Europe Campus in Thessaloniki, Greece and lead to Bachelors and Masters degrees awarded by the University of York.
